At Click Start Digital, your success is our success. That’s why our packages come with a commitment most agencies won’t make: if you do the work and haven’t hit your revenue milestone, we keep coaching and supporting you at no extra cost until you do.

Each package has its own milestone. For example, Elite is $50,000 AUD in total revenue and Growth is $20,000 AUD, measured cumulatively from your launch date.

Let’s be upfront about what this is and isn’t. It’s not a money-back guarantee, and it’s not a promise that we control your results. Nobody can control the outcome of your business, and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you. What we promise is that we won’t walk away while you’re doing the work. We’re in this together.

How It Works

The guarantee activates on your launch date, once you’re launch-ready, which means you have: completed all modules in the Ecommerce Academy, fully implemented the feedback from your website audit, and set up your business social media with at least 50 followers and 9 quality posts.

Your Commitment

Ecommerce takes consistent effort and real investment. To keep the guarantee active, you agree to: maintain a minimum ad spend of $1,800 AUD per month on a single platform (Meta or Google, not split), run your ads continuously with no pauses longer than 7 days unless agreed with us in writing, implement the recommendations we provide within agreed timeframes, and stay in regular contact with your coach. If these commitments lapse for more than 30 days, the guarantee pauses until they’re back in place.

The milestone is total revenue, not monthly revenue and not profit, measured from your launch date forward using your store’s sales reporting.
